Lisa Hawksby

Managing Director

Lisa has worked at Total since April 2015. Total was founded by Lisa’s father Paul. Together they transformed Total from a lead generation business to a successful private training provider.

Lisa has worked in the industry for 16 years, beginning her career as an Assessor and has worked for national and regional companies in quality and director roles.

Lisa achieved 4 GCSE’s not including maths then went to college followed by university to study a Social Work Degree. This was drilled into Lisa at school and college. She felt this was the only option available. It didn’t suit her learning style or aspirations. Lisa then worked in retail and completed work-based qualifications to progress to where she is today.

Lisa is extremely passionate about training, motivating and inspiring others.

James Clark-Allan

Business Development Director

James joined Total Training Provision in July 2018.

With 14 years welfare to work experience James has held Operational and Business Development positions with some of the large Prime organisations across the UK.

Prior to entering welfare to work, James had a successful career in banking.

James holds responsibility for our growth strategy and oversees our bid pipeline activity.

Nic Wilkinson

Operations Manager

Nic joined Total Training in July 2017.

Nic has been working in the Training and Education sector for 12 years now since making a transition from the Hair and Barbering industry.

Nic has hands on experience of training and developing, quality assurance and operational management.

Nic is responsible for managing all delivery staff, contracts and compliance.

Fiona Crane

Quality Manager

Fiona joined the team in June 2016 and has 16 years’ experience in the Training and Education Sector, working in delivery, operations and quality.

Prior to this Fiona has worked within management in retail and hospitality as well as working with children and young people.

Fiona is responsible for the management of quality within the company.

Sam Agar

Sales Manager

Sam joined the team in April 2018.

With 5 years’ experience in the training sector Sam has held both Sales and Business Developmental positions aiding levy and non-levy companies find efficient and cost-effective training solutions.

Prior to entering training, Sam was a qualified Thermal and Insulation Engineer.

Sam is responsible for overseeing the sales team and engaging with new and existing clients.
