Total Training Provision Covid 19 Notification
Dear Learners, Customers and Stakeholders,
Total Training Provision are following the advice of Government with regards to Covid 19. This means that from Wednesday 18th March 2020 we will fully engage our whole team on remote working.
We have a duty of care to our customers, our colleagues and their families to ensure we take the necessary precautions as advised by our Government.
Our business will continue to operate and support yourselves through your qualifications and to engage on new courses should you wish to.
Any face to face interaction will now take place via our virtual classroom facilities and e-portfolio systems. Learners will still receive teaching, assessment and review just as they would with face to face meetings. Learners will preferably need access to WiFi, smart phone, laptop or tablet. If not access to the phone can suffice. We are flexible to work around your individual needs and that of your employer.
Should you be awaiting any certificates there may be a delay due to attendance at our office. Please bear with us and we will get these out as soon as we are able.
Tutors and Assessors will be in touch with all learners over the coming days to introduce you to our virtual classrooms and carry out your visits to progress with your qualifications. The system that we use is simple and effective and even the most IT limited individuals will be able to use it with ease so please do not worry.
