Our flexible approach allows us to deliver bespoke, tailored programmes, designed to meet the specific needs of both learner and employer.
We recognise that one size does not fit all and as a result are equipped to provide a wide range of training and education programmes, including apprenticeships and funded accredited courses to meet short, medium and long-term industry skill needs. Our scalable support covers everything from recruiting an SME’s first apprentice, to key account management for large national organisations – keeping the employer abreast of learner progress. Regardless of size, quality assurance and our core values are always embedded throughout.
From day one, the learner is at the heart of everything we do and we aim to ensure that the learner has the best experience possible. Our onboarding process covers in-depth engagement through initial and diagnostic assessments ensuring each journey is prepped with individualised pathways, differentiated to meet learner needs and style .
