Operations Performance Manager

 Position based: Liverpool
 Salary Band: £32,000 – 38k per annum
  Hours: Full Time
  Holidays: 25 + all bank holidays, Birthday off, Christmas Shopping day

Purpose of the Role:

To lead, inspire, drive, and maintain high performance within the Operational delivery team.

To work across all available funding streams to maximise revenue

To work closely with Quality and Sales to ensure we provide a united approach to all areas of the business

To ensure all our learners experience an excellent learning journey

To motivate and inspire a team to achieve and exceed targets to deliver the best experience to our learners and clients

To ensure we are working towards an Ofsted grade 1 in all areas of the business

Key Responsibilities

  •  

    • Manage the performance and output of the delivery team, completing monthly 1-1’s, yearly PDR’s and monthly team meetings and development planning to ensure KPI’s are met and achieved
    • Manage the contract performance with stakeholders, representing TTP at regular meetings to discuss the curriculum offer
    • To manage and maintain a business target Profit and Loss through budget management
    • To manage and monitor monthly outgoings
    • To look at skills set within the team and look at new opportunities with the curriculum
    • Manage the delivery profiles of the delivery team
    • Create and deliver reports to the Operations Director or MD re performance weekly / monthly
    • Profile achievers to determine future success outcomes and progression opportunities
    • Represent Total to external stakeholders as required and attend industry and related events as necessary to meet the needs of the business.
    • Develop customer relationships with employers via observational visits with team
    • Manage the High Risk and leaver process to ensure minimum leavers/ achievers each week
    • To recruit and build a collaborative working team who have the company values and interests of learners and employers at the forefront of delivery
    • Maintain and regularly update personal knowledge of funding, products, company and all quality processes required to deliver excellent business opportunities.
    • Maintain a cost-effective approach ensuring objectives are reached without unnecessary expenditure, manage monthly expenses in line with company policy
    • Complete all necessary reporting to keep line management and the wider business informed of the activities and progress towards business KPI’s
    • Manage and monitor communications with the delivery team
    • To bring an innovative management style to inspire and motivate the team to strive to do their very best.
    • To work closely with all department managers to ensure a cohesive delivery of our services
    • Ensure the team are coached and mentored to be the best they can be
    • To ensure all KPI’s are successfully monitored against operational targets
    • Manage and maintain positive relationship with all areas of the business

Essential Criteria

Knowledge, experience and skills required.

  • Knowledge of all funding streams – AEB, Apps, Learner loans, Multiply,
  • Proven track record in a similar role/ function
  • Knowledge of new EIF Ofsted requirements
  • Fully conversant with systems – for example, OneFile and Pics
  • A professional appearance and the social skills necessary to deal with a range of clients along with the self-confidence and stature to represent Total at a senior level
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure with good time management
    • Conduct your role in line with the behaviour aligned with our company values
    • Comply with and follow all processes within The Safeguarding Policy, ensuring safely of all learners is paramount
    • Comply and follow all processes within the Health and Safety Policy
    • Comply and follow all processes within the IT Policy and, Data Protection and Information Security Policy
