Lisa has worked at Total since April 2015. Total was founded by Lisa’s father Paul. Together they transformed Total from a lead generation business to a successful private training provider.
Lisa has worked in the industry for 16 years, beginning her career as an Assessor and has worked for national and regional companies in quality and director roles.
Lisa achieved 4 GCSE’s not including maths then went to college followed by university to study a Social Work Degree. This was drilled into Lisa at school and college. She felt this was the only option available. It didn’t suit her learning style or aspirations. Lisa then worked in retail and completed work-based qualifications to progress to where she is today.
Lisa is extremely passionate about training, motivating and inspiring others.
Cath joined the team in November 2019.
With 25 years’ experience in the training, skills and education sector Cath has held roles working as a director and senior manager in Business Development, HR, Operations and Quality, predominantly with private training providers and awarding organisations. Cath started her working career in the Travel Industry and progressed quickly to work in education and skills, managing training for all staff across Tour Operator TUI.
Cath is responsible for HR, Quality and Client Services including Strategic People and Workforce Development. She is responsible for TTP’s Quality strategy, working closely with teams across the business as we continue to make improvements and exceed customer and stakeholder expectations. Cath has in-depth experience and knowledge of the design, delivery and evaluation of apprenticeships and skills across the UK.
Cath demonstrates a clear focus on our people development and is passionate about the value people bring to an organisation.
Matt joined TTP in October 2020 following many years in the Private Sector specialising in Brand and Marketing.
TTP brought Matt on board to grow the Total Training Brand with an innovative and professional Marketing Strategy. Matt’s success in achieving this, along with his relentless energy has helped him progress from Marketing and Brand Director, to now have overall responsibility for Business Growth, including contract and relationship management.
Along with his own personal progression, Matt has been instrumental in the development of his teams, and in securing skills and Apprenticeship contracts with key stakeholders across the country.
Mark joined the team in June 2019 – having work with Lisa and Total Team through a previous role for the last 3 years
Mark has 24 year’s experience within the Human Services sector, within both Private and Public Sector organisations. Working across Skills, Employability, Justice and Youth provision across a number of funding bodies and varying contracts, all with the aim of supporting and allowing others to fulfil their potential, their families and society as a whole.
Mark joined the company to support the growth, governance and development of the business, utilising his previous experiences to work and support the Senior Leadership Team to move forward to support more people, through a quality led approach.
Mark is passionate about making a difference with Total Training Provision being aligned to his own values and vision.
