Here at Total Training Provision, we meet a variety of businesses training needs. Due to our Apprenticeship and short course provision, we can ready individuals for your sector, or upskill those who already within your employment.

Apprenticeships 

We offer a range of Apprenticeships that span many sectors, from Level 3 to Level 5. Apprenticeships are a great tool within employment as you can hire individuals excited for an opportunity within the sector, or upskill your current employees who are eager to expand their knowledge. Both use of Apprenticeships equates to employees who feel invested in, improving employee morale. It also allows newcomers of the sector to earn while they learn first-hand experience which suits your businesses requirements.

Short Courses

Our vast array of short courses is also a great way of offering your employees further training, which is importantly, manageable. At Total Training Provision, we closely observe and anticipate companies training needs. In this Post-pandemic environment, we have expanded our courses that cover mental health issues.  The majority of our short courses are 8-weeks, which allows the hours of independent learning to be broken down into achievable chunks around working hours.
