Built On Quality

Total Training Provision was founded in 2013 by Paul Hoyle with one clear commitment: “Quality, Quality, Quality.” In 2016, Paul’s daughter, Lisa Hawksby, took ownership of the business, continuing its family story and bringing her own passion for education and helping others achieve their potential.

WHERE WE STARTED

Our History

Total Training Provision opened its door in 2013 by the company's founder Paul Hoyle. Since the start we have stood committed to our unwavering ethos "Quality, Quality, Quality"

From starting our journey in Wakefield, in 2021 we moved our head office to the heart of Barnsley town centre.

We were shortlisted as a finalist for " Sheffield City Region - Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year", which we were ecstatic to go on to win.

Our team grew from just three people to more than 65 employees, and we opened our second regional office in Liverpool. We were also rated Good by Ofsted following our inspection in August 2022.

We continue to strive to make an impact in local communities, helping individuals achieve their goals through quality training.

Our Apprentice won Apprentice of the year at Barnsley & Rotherham Chambers Award. We moved into our new Head Office & moved to our new Bootle Office

We expanded our Adult Skills provision across South Yorkshire.

We continue to invest in our infrastructure, including the development of a brand-new e-portfolio system. We have also been approved by the DWP to deliver apprenticeship units as part of the Growth and Skills Levy, while expanding our apprenticeship curriculum to offer a wider range of training opportunities.
