Functional skills FAQ’s
Here at Total Training Provision, we offer flexible weekly sessions via both teams or face to face delivery with your Functional Skills Coach. You will be required to attend between 6-12 sessions, lasting approximately 2 hours each.
If you are taking English with us, there are a total of three exams at the end of your programme. If you are taking maths then there is only 1 exam, split into 2 parts: non calculator and calculator papers.
When it come to the end of your programme, you will have the option to take the exams remotely or via paper based testing. We are here to support you, so any issues, please speak to your Skills Coach and we will accommodate where we can.
If you already have a level 1, you can further progress on to the level 2 qualification. Have your maths and not your English, no worries, you can move straight on to complete one after the other.
