Response For Redundancy 

If unfortunately you are looking to make redundancies within your business, Total Training Provision can support you and your employees.

This support can include:

• Helping those facing redundancies write CV’s and finding work.
• Providing information and signposting to Government support
• Enabling individuals to identify and find the right training to learn new skills.

Total Training Provision can also provide on-site support for large scale redundancies. Our Response to Redundancy service provides local support, helping both employers and employees by giving access to our own and our partners services.

This service allows early intervention – supporting employees into alternative employment.
