NQUAL – Certificate In Mentoring

The NQUAL Level 3 Certificate In Mentoring is designed to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to effectively mentor within an organisation. Covering key areas such as team leadership, communication, operational planning, change management and problem solving, this qualification helps learners build the confidence and capability to support team performance and contribute to organisational success.

Through a combination of observation and practice within the workplace, practical projects and one-to-one discussions with tutors,  learners will develop the skills needed to mentor people effectively, understand the role of a mentor, support continuous improvement and manage workplace challenges in a variety of professional settings.

This qualification is delivered as an additional professional development opportunity that can be done along-side one of the following programmes:

• Level 4 Employability Practitioner Apprenticeship
• Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship
• Level 3 Improvement Technician Apprenticeship

The qualification provides a valuable enhancement to these apprenticeship pathways, supporting career progression into team leader, supervisory and management roles while helping learners develop communication and people management skills that can be applied across a wide range of industries.
