What does this qualification cover?
This qualification is designed to develop your knowledge and understanding of the key principles of information, advice and guidance, and how these can be applied effectively within your own role or area of practice. You will develop the skills to provide accurate information and appropriate guidance, taking into account individual needs and circumstances whilst supporting individuals to make informed decisions and access appropriate services.
